Be Great Ball celebrates the young people who attend Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland every day, and the staff, donors, and volunteers who work together to inspire youth to “BE GREAT.”

Join us for an evening of celebration with stories of change and inspiration from Boys & Girls Club youth.

This year at the Be Great Ball, our gala will include:

• Entertainment highlighting the dreams and aspirations of the young people we serve
• Youth-led and staff-choreographed performances by our members, giving you an inside look at a small portion of the youth programming we provide each day inside the Clubs.
• Hosted cocktail reception with a chance to win spectacular items at our silent auction
• Gourmet three course dinner
• Live auction hosted by our vibrant and talented auctioneer, Dale Johannes

On this special evening, we will also be honoring Tim Rippey with the Roy Ciappini “Be Great” award for 18 years of Board service and his unwavering, steadfast support.
